Career Opportunity for Deputy Head of HR/Financial Department

In view of furtherdevelopment, GZDI requires the services of a deputy head in HR Department andFinancial Department respectively.

 

Deputy Head of HR Department

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the department head in formulating themid-and-long term  HR strategic plan andannual HR work plan in accordance with the development strategy of GZDI;

2. Assist the department head in establishing and improvingHR management system and process, including recruitment, training, performanceappraisal, remuneration and incentive package;

3. Optimize the job structure according to the division ofresponsibilities of each department;

4. Assist the department head in handling public relationswith corresponding government departments and related works;

5. Handles the documentation and related HR managementworks.

Job Requirements:

1. CPC party member; bachelor degree or above; majored inmanagement, the Chinese language, law and holding intermediate professionaltitles or above;

2. More than 8 years of related work experiences and HRmanagement experience with SOEs (the job requirements can be eased for thosewho has worked as senior partners, project managers or senior advisors in theprestigious management consulting firms and have been engaged in at least 5 HRconsulting projects, or have worked as HR Director in a listed company for morethan 3 years);

3. Good knowledge of all HR work modules, of which two ormore are well mastered; good knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, steady-going personalityand ability to work under great pressure; good interpersonal communication andcoordination skills.

Deputy Head of Financial Department

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the department head in establishing and improvingthe financial management system and procedures of the whole institute;

2. Assist the department head with the fund and assetsmanagement;

3. Assist the department head in monitoring the majoreconomic activities and operation conducted by GZDI;

4. Prepare annual and quarterly financial budget plans andreports;

5. Conduct cost accounting, financial analysis, and taxplanning and management to effectively control the cost;

6. Assist the department head in maintaining PR with theindustrial and commercial administration authority, tax authority, banks and relatedinstitutions.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; majored in finance or relatedfields; certified public accountant or senior accountant;

2. Over 8 years of financial work experiences and 5 years offinancial management experiences; all-around financial knowledge, good masteryof cost accounting and good knowledge of tax planning, accounting principlesand related policies and regulations;

3. Excellent statistical and financial analytical skills;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, steady-going personalityand ability to work under great pressure; good interpersonal communication andcoordination skills.
